SMS Terms

1. Program Name

These SMS Terms apply to the NEUROVEXA LLC SMS Messaging Program operated by NEUROVEXA LLC.

You may join the program through our public SMS Opt-In page.

2. Message Types

If you opt in, you may receive SMS messages regarding:

• Account notifications
• Verification codes
• Security alerts
• Service updates
• Customer support

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. How often you receive messages depends on your account activity, verification needs, security events, service updates, and support interactions.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates for messages sent or received. NEUROVEXA LLC does not charge a separate fee for opting in to SMS.

5. Voluntary Consent

You will only receive SMS messages after providing express prior written consent, such as by submitting the SMS Opt-In form and actively checking the consent checkbox. Consent checkboxes are never pre-selected.

Visiting the website alone does not create SMS consent.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

6. STOP Instructions

Reply STOP to opt out. You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message, and you will not receive further messages from this program unless you opt in again.
